  • All our designs come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering material and workmanship defects. This warranty does not include wear and tear from use or accidental damage to the product. At VICTORIA CRUZ Jewelry, we certify that each piece is crafted from 925 sterling silver, nickel-free, and plated with rhodium or 2 microns of 18-carat gold.

    To make use of the warranty, download and complete the following form and send it along with the defective piece to the specified shipping address. Please remember to keep your sales receipt if purchased in-store, or your order number if purchased through our website.

    If our workshop determines that the issue is due to wear and tear or accidental damage, we will always contact you to inform you first.
