Shipping and deliveries

At Victoria Cruz, we are committed to preparing all orders placed before 4:00 PM on the same day to ensure delivery within 1 to 2 business days in mainland Spain.

Orders with shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are delivered within 3 business days.

We currently offer two shipping options: Express Shipping and Standard Shipping. EXPRESS shipments are delivered within 24-48 hours, but please note that during busy periods, orders may be delayed. Additionally, if your order is placed after 4:00 PM, it will be prepared the next business day. If, for any reason, it is not possible, we will contact you by phone or email.

Standard Shipping is a service we offer for free within mainland Spain and may take up to 5 business days.

If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time or if you have any questions regarding delivery times, please contact us. We ship worldwide.
