¿What material are our jewelry pieces made of?

All our designs are made with 925 Sterling Silver. To ensure the durability of their color and shine, they are plated with rhodium, 2 microns of 18-carat gold, or rose gold. Additionally, all our jewelry is 100% nickel-free. The certified crystal used in most of our designs is a blend of quartz, sand, and minerals. It is produced through electric cutting, a carving technique that creates different overlapping layers, providing greater precision and optimizing its brilliance. The final result is a distinguished, elegant, and highly luminous appearance.

Regarding the traceability of our jewelry, all pieces are designed in Valencia (Spain) and crafted in Tuscany (Italy), the pinnacle of the jewelry industry in Europe.

Our jewelry comes with a two-year warranty, covering any manufacturing defects.

All of our designs come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage to the product.

At VICTORIA CRUZ Jewelry, we certify that each piece is crafted from 925 Sterling Silver, free of nickel, and plated with rhodium or 2 microns of 18-carat gold.

To make use of the warranty, please fill out the following form and send it along with the defective piece to the provided shipping address. Remember to keep your sales receipt if purchased in a physical store or your order number if purchased through our website.

How to make an exchange?

If the design you chose wasn't what you expected in terms of color or style, you have up to 15* calendar days from the date of purchase to make an exchange. This service is free of charge, and the steps to follow are:

  1. Access our Return Service Center with your postal code and tracking or order number.
  2. In the questionnaire, indicate that it is an exchange and specify the product you would like to exchange it for.
  3. Select the delivery point from the available options and drop off your order there.
  4. Once the package is at our offices, we will proceed to send the new order.

How to make a return? Does it have a cost?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the pieces purchased from Victoria Cruz, you have 15* calendar days from the date of purchase to return them. The cost of processing a return will correspond to the cost of collecting the package (for more details, check SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES).

The items to be returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Once the returned products have been inspected in our store, the refund will be processed in the same way the payment was made, within the following 15 calendar days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank.

IMPORTANT: Returns of products customized by the customer will not be accepted.

If you wish to make a return, access our Return Service Center with your postal code and tracking or order number. Select the delivery point from the available options and drop off your order there. The costs associated with returns will always be borne by the buyer, unless there is an error on the part of Victoria Cruz or a manufacturing defect.

We recommend keeping the courier receipt as proof of your return.

Refunds

If you request a return, we will process the refund using the original payment method you used. We typically manage returns on the same day, but depending on the payment method and your bank, it may take up to 15 days.

If you do not hear from us regarding a return, please check the tracking information. If we have received the item, allow the described time to pass. Unfortunately, if we do not receive the products, we cannot do anything to expedite the process.

Everything about our personalization service

Our personalization service allows you to create unique designs by changing the color of the crystals and/or their finish (rhodium, yellow gold, or rose gold). This service may take between 1 to 3 days to arrive at the shipping address, depending on the design and shipping area. The cost of this service is €9.95, added to the price of the jewelry once you've found your perfect combination. Please note that personalized pieces are not eligible for returns.

How do I personalize a design?

If you've found a design, but it doesn't match your look, follow these steps:

1. Go to the design you want to personalize.
2. Click on the "Personalize your jewelry" button and fill out the form.
3. If you prefer, you can also contact us via WhatsApp at +34 654 768 427, and we can send you photos and videos so you can see how it looks when worn.

One of our advisors will contact you as soon as possible to help you achieve your perfect combination and inform you of the available colors for that design.

To proceed with processing your order, follow these steps:

1. Add your design to the cart.
2. Complete the order and fill in the shipping details.
3. In the "Personalization" section, click on "My order contains an approved personalized jewelry piece...". In the "Shipping notes" section, add the color or finish you have chosen and that we have approved for personalization.

How do I know what ring size I need?

Knowing and finding the correct ring size is very simple. Here are two ways to determine your size:

1. One of the quickest ways to get the exact size is to measure the circumference of the finger where you plan to wear the ring.
2. Another method is to measure the inner diameter of a ring that you wear comfortably. You can refer to our conversion guide.

What types of payment are allowed online?

We strive to make payment transactions as seamless as possible, offering the most common payment methods and utilizing the latest online payment technologies to ensure maximum security. Currently, the available payment methods are: Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, credit/debit card.

Repair and Workshop Service

Currently, an extra service such as changing crystals, re-plating, lengthening a chain, or engraving is charged at €9.95.
